Refund & Return Policy
At SolSkin, we take pride in creating skincare that delivers results and satisfaction. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered, unless:

The product was damaged in transit

You received a defective or expired item
If your order qualifies for a return, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@solskin.in with:

Clear photos or video of the product and packaging

Reason for return
Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup or request you to send the product to our warehouse. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

If your returned product passes our quality check

If a prepaid order is canceled before dispatch

If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock or logistic issues
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Replacements
We offer free replacement for:

Incorrect items delivered
To initiate a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Replacement requests after this period will not be eligible.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. To cancel, email us at support@solskin.in as soon as possible with your Order ID. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
