Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with SolSkin! We aim to deliver your skincare essentials to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India via our trusted delivery partners.

2. Shipping Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days

Please note: Shipping times may vary during sales, new launches, or festive periods.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping on orders above ₹499

  • Orders below ₹499: Flat ₹49 shipping fee

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on select pin codes with a nominal COD charge of ₹50

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your order directly via the link provided.

5. Delivery Issues

If you are not available at the time of delivery:

  • The courier partner will attempt re-delivery up to 3 times.

  • If undelivered after attempts, the product will be returned to us and the order marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

In such cases, we’ll contact you for reshipping. Additional charges may apply for re-dispatch.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged, tampered with, or missing, please reach out to us at support@solskin.in within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

We may request images or a short video of the package/product for our internal investigation and faster resolution.7. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for updates as we expand.
